How long does delivery take?

Free tracked delivery in 7–13 days from the day you order. During busy periods it can take a little longer.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is free on every order to the United Kingdom.

How can I track my order?

As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking link. You can also follow your parcel on our Track Your Order page. Orders with several items may arrive in more than one parcel.

Will I pay any import fees?

No. All prices are shown in GBP and include UK VAT, so there are no extra charges on delivery.

Can I return my order?

Yes. You can return items within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused and, where possible, in their original packaging. Please email info@elskahouse.com with your order number before sending anything back. Return postage is paid by the customer, unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong item. When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are made to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving your return.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay and Union Pay. All payments are processed securely.

Do you have a discount for buying more?

Yes. Buy 2 or 3 items and you get a bundle price. You can see the exact bundle price and saving on every product page. Mix and match any items; the bundle price is applied automatically in your cart.

My item is faulty, damaged or not what I ordered. What should I do?

Email us at info@elskahouse.com with your order number and a photo of the item. You don't need to send it back: we will send you a replacement or give you a full refund.

My parcel hasn't arrived. What should I do?

Email us at info@elskahouse.com with your order number and we will sort it out for you.
